We’ve paid for multiple treatments, exclusions, and trap settings, and even had one company tell us they can’t really figure out where and how the rodents were getting in to our property and there was nothing more they could do.
Ulisses and Sam at Pasadena Pest Control seemed to have finally cured us of our rodent problem, when so many other companies couldn’t. Everyone I interacted with at the company was professional and courteous. They sent over a very detailed and thoughtful contract that explained their process and treatments and included tips on how to prepare and make it last.
During their visit, they didn’t push me to get more products. They were respectful that I only wanted a simple perimeter spray and wasn’t comfortable using gel inside the kitchen. When there were still some ants a week later, they kindly offered to come back out and take a look since they guarantee their work.
We’ve tried a few different pest control companies in the past, and this one is the most thorough, responsive, and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Always crawling on people. I had enough. I contacted Pasadena Pest Control because they were highly rated. They assured me the ants were not living in the walls and sprayed around the house.
